OK – you made the wise decision to host your blog on WordPress, now what?
The next thing on your list should be to find the WordPress theme that you want.
The reason that WordPress has become so popular is the fact that you can literally do anything with it.
However, in order to do a lot of that stuff, you need to have programming skills that most people don’t have.
That is where a new theme come in.
The people that do have those programming skills create theme templates that can dramatically increase the functionality of your blog.
It also makes it much easier for you to customize.
You can always choose to use the standard WordPress theme that came with your blog, but that will make your site look exactly like everyone else’s and it will limit the functionality you have.
Getting a great theme lets you use the programming skills of theperson who designed the theme.
The first thing you have to do is decide if you want a free theme or a premium theme.
As you can imagine, there are more features available on a premium theme, but there are also many free themes available that are more that sufficient, depending on your plans for your blog.
All you have to do to find your new theme is a basic Googlesearch, “WordPress themes” will give you all the options you need.
You used to have to learn how to FTP files to install a new theme, but WordPress has made it a whole lot easier.
Now, all you have to do is download the theme file to your computer and browse to add it to WordPress.
Inside the back end of your WordPress site, to go Appearance (along the left side column) and Themes.
Then click on Install Themes, then Upload.
Browse to find the zipped file you downloaded and click Install Now.
After you activate the theme, you can have fun playing with all of the new options that you now have.

Think about all the physical products that are purchased on a daily basis both online and in shopping centers, including electronics, furniture, pet supplies, exercise machines, and many other everyday products.
That’s the beauty of promoting physical products — there is really an endless supply of products to promote because there are literally thousands and thousands of products that people purchase.
When it comes to promoting physical products, one of the best choices is to use the Amazon.com Associates program.
Amazon.com is a great choice for promoting physical products because so many people already use and trust this website, and trust is a big issue when it comes to purchasing online.
You can focus on talking about your niche and perhaps providing product reviews on your site and simply send people over to Amazon.com to purchase the item, and most people will be comfortable with this because they’re already familiar and probably already shop on Amazon on a regular basis.
The actual commission rate on each item isn’t that great (about 5% to start and increasing up to around 8% depending on your monthly sales volume,) but you can choose to focus on high-priced items in order to make a decent commission off of each sale.
Many marketers like to focus on more expensive products (perhaps over $200) in order to achieve a more decent commission, and they also recommend focusing on products that have a number of four-star or five star product reviews.

However, in order to do a lot of that stuff, you need to have programming skills that most people don’t have.
That is where a new theme come in.

It also makes it much easier for you to customize.
